Terms and Conditions
Before you use our site, take a moment to read through these terms and conditions.
Interpretation and Definitions
Some words in here start with capital letters because they have specific meanings. When we use them, whether singular or plural, they mean the same thing. Here's what we mean by the key terms: • Affiliate is any entity that controls, gets controlled by, or shares control with another party. • Country means Washington, United States • Company (also called "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") is Hiddenledger. • Device is anything you can use to access the Service—computers, phones, tablets, that sort of thing. • Service refers to the Website. • Terms and Conditions (sometimes just "Terms") make up the whole agreement between you and us about how you use the Service. • Third-party Social Media Service covers stuff provided by other companies that shows up on or through the Service. • Website means Hiddenledger. • You is whoever is accessing or using the Service, or the company or person they're doing it on behalf of.
Acknowledgment
These Terms and Conditions are basically the agreement that covers how you use this Service. They spell out what you can and can't do, and what we can and can't do. To use the Service, you've got to agree to follow these terms. That goes for everyone—visitors, users, anyone accessing it. By using the Service you're saying you'll stick to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't like something about them, you can't use the Service. You also need to be at least 18 years old. We don't let anyone younger than that use it.
Links to Other Websites
Our Service might link to third-party websites or services that we don't own or run. We don't control what's on those sites, and we're not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or how they operate. You understand that we can't be held responsible—directly or indirectly—for any harm or loss that comes from using those other sites or the stuff available on them.
Termination
We can shut off your access whenever we want, right away and without warning, for basically any reason. Breaking these Terms is one example, but we don't need a specific reason. Once we terminate your access, you lose the right to use the Service immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Whatever damages you end up with, our total liability and that of our suppliers is capped. Your only remedy for everything described above is limited to whatever you actually paid us through the Service. If you haven't paid anything, it's capped at 100 USD. Under the law as much as possible, neither we nor our suppliers will be liable for special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages. That includes lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, privacy loss, or anything else tied to your inability to use the Service or issues with third-party software or hardware used with it. This holds true even if we've been told this kind of damage is possible, and even if the legal remedy doesn't work the way it's supposed to.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service comes to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"—with all its issues and problems, no guarantees attached. As far as the law allows, we and our partners and the people who license or provide things for the Service all disclaim every kind of warranty. That's express warranties, implied ones, statutory ones, everything. We're not promising the Service will be fit for any particular purpose, that it's accurate, or that it doesn't infringe on anyone's rights. More specifically, nobody here makes any promise—express or implied—about how the Service will work, whether it'll be available, whether the content and materials on it are accurate or current, or that the Service and its servers are free from viruses, malware, worms, or anything else harmful.
Governing Law & Disputes Resolution
The laws of the Country apply to these Terms and how you use the Service, except for its conflict of law rules. Depending on where you are, local, state, national or international laws might also apply. If you have a problem or disagreement about the Service, try to work it out with us informally first.
Compliance & Regulations
For European Union (EU) Users: As an EU consumer, you're protected by whatever mandatory laws exist in your country of residence. United States Legal Compliance: You're confirming that you're not in a country under U.S. government embargo or labeled as supporting terrorism, and you're not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and Waiver
If a court decides some part of these Terms can't be enforced, we'll adjust that part to make it work as much as possible under the law. The rest stays in effect. If either of us doesn't enforce something in these Terms at one point, that doesn't mean we're giving up the right to enforce it later. And overlooking one breach doesn't mean we're okay with the next one.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may have translated these Terms for you, but the original English version is what counts if there's ever a dispute. We can change these Terms whenever we want. If it's a big change, we'll try to give you at least 30 days' notice before the new terms kick in. When you keep using the Service after that, you're agreeing to the updated version. These terms and conditions are effective as of insert current date
